It's really hard to go wrong with oak. It matches nearly any kind of project imaginable. The natural oak without any stain is
our most requested; though we will
stain your custom frame usually with no additional charge.

Unless otherwise requested, we use a clear satin conversion varnish with all our frames. We have use this technique for a number of years not only with picture frames, but also with limousine consoles and accessories. This technique makes a very nice, durable finish that will preserve your round, oval, or square picture frames for years to come.
